It is an open source, easy to use and implement, heterogeneous environment-friendly, as I don't need to use variety of modules individually for storage, servers, network, etc. It compiles all in one console and provides a single platform for usage, which makes it easier for a large scale organization to have everything on a single screen. It helps us to identify root cause of any problem easily and has seamless integration with multiple tools like Kaseya, ManageEngine Service desk, ServiceNow, Slack, SMS Gateway, etc.

What I like the most is the ease of understanding the monitoring, that is, the graphs are displayed in real-time and it is easy to understand how many resources a site, a link, etc., is consuming. It doesn't have strange data; on the contrary, it is quite intuitive.
