I love that Yuno Juno is a self service platform. I don't have to speak to recruiters, I can look thorugh and decide for myself if soemone is the right fit. I can arrange interviews and then of course all contracts are produced by the plat form too.. It is unbelieveably easy and I really do love that I get to avoid recruiters.

As a freelancer, its also great to have guarenteed, regular payment cycles, taking the stress out of chasing emails and managing account payments.
