Great retention marketing platform with powerful automation

I think the best answer here is the impact it had on our performance. After adding Yespo to our marketing stack, we were able to achieve a +35% increase in total retention revenue within the first few months, mainly thanks to its automation capabilities and trigger-based workflows. I’d also like to thank the Yespo team for guiding us on which automations to prioritize first, so we could see ROI faster after integration, which, by the way, was quick and smooth.

Solid Platform with AI-features and Integrations

Yespo gives us the flexibility we were missing and fits nicely into existing stack (especially with Shopify and Woocommerce) which our clients use to run their stores. It’s easy to build omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, popups, and other channels, all personalized with customer data and custom events. Thanks to this setup, we’ve built communication that competitors often use as a benchmark for their own business.

Great for understanding users and sending relevant messages

Yespo just makes our communication so much easier. What I really like is that you can pull data from different sources and see everything about a customer in one place. It gives a much clearer picture of who we are talking to and how they use the product. Collecting subscribers through website popups and managing groups is also super straightforward, so the whole process feels really effortless. And I have to say, the team has been great. The integration was quick, support is always responsive, and they have helped us handle a few custom requests without any hassle.
