Xoralia is very simple to use and being built on the base of Microsoft SharePoint, integrates effortlessly into your QMS.

We have moved from using basic Sharepoint document to libraries to Xoralia in order for us to be able to implement a formal attestation process for our policies and procedures. Working in a highly regulated financial services sector, we are required to ensure that our staff fully understand certain policies and Xoralia enables us to do that with an embedded quiz as part of the attestation. The whole team at Content Formula have been extremely helpful during our onboarding and have ensured that we were up and running as quickly as possible, while at the same time moving at a pace that suited our business. We have managed to realise real value to our business in quite a short space of time. The Sharepoint web parts are great and enable the Xoralia solution to be embedded into an exisiting Sharepoint intranet.

It's easy to use and offers a large amount of flexibility on tagging sorting and filtering our policies. With SharePoint integrated in our estate already it was releatively easy to set up and any feedback we sent over to the Xoralia team was listened to and fedback on.
