The ability to collaborate with my coworkers to resolve issues with financials

I like that it is easy to use and update. Even people who have never used it before can easily learn from it as long as they are familiar with any Microsoft products. I like that the 1800 customer care number is always a real live person that can help or direct me to someone that can. It's never going to put me on hold or continiously redirecting me.

The ability to link and streamline alot of processes. It also reduces alot of manual work, and saves time with some of the features.
