More than simply a process to employ this included tools on managing your workload, being effective at prioritising the inevitable balance or pro active and reactive work and how to shape conversations.
I really enjoyed both the quiz and role-playing exercises. I personally struggle to learn when only watching a webinar or reading a book. The full circle approach to the course made it very engaging for me and very easy to follow.
