The Winning by Design Manager to Coach Certification Course (M1) presented simple yet effective ways to improve and provide value in 1:1's, team meetings, and how to lead effective coaching sessions with the team. This was done through course material, in class, and through breakout rooms, and by putting what we learned into practice with our teams. Aside from the course content, I enjoyed the energy that our instructor Antoine Mandy brought to each session.

The theory is excellent, and the teachers are amiable and open to help.
