Love the technology aspect and the different learning styles a lesson incorporates. Our staff really enjoys the time you get to be together as a team and talk about the lesson. Engageing and introspective

Its so approachable. There are alot of videos and short articles that directly apply to the topic of study. I use the word "study" loosley because the material is not brought forth in a traditional "academic" fashion. Instead, students are challanged to look inward and apply the lessons to their own life.

The content helps generate great diaolg when we meet as a team. It gets the individuals thinking about things they hadn't considered when it comes to being a leader. The extra traning resources (Tedtalks, articles, etc) are very beneficial to help take a deeper dive into the content.
