As someone who has to facilitate the WildSparq meeting where the team together discusses their learning, I liked that WildSparq provides me with the PowerPoint information and a Leader's Guide so that I don't have to navigate the conversations how I think is best. I'm using their guidance for how to conduct the conversation, which is super important, especially when the subjects can make people a bit vulnerable at points. I don't have the stress of drawing out the learnings from the team because I just follow the directions. It makes it easy for me to facilitate and the team enjoys the time together investing in themselves and each other

I love that the material and resources are already developed and there is a clear agenda for each meeting! It also is easy to scale as we teach other leaders how to facilitate Wildsparq groups.

The most helpful thing about Wildsparq is that the lessons are specifically tailored to the workplace environment of Chick-fil-A. This makes it easier for the participants to envision how they can apply the learned concepts within their daily actions as leaders in the restaurant. Wildsparq has also helped the team learn how to work with people of different personality types in order to increase productivity as a team and maintain trust between each other.
