ClearCare Online - a must have for your Home Care Agency!

ClearCare is a fairly intuitive, user friendly webapp that is able to systematically manage our home care work-flows. Everything from scheduling to billing to receivables. It is also a great tool to help us manage and track our business growth. It tracks referral sources, leads and has pretty good reporting. There is also some flexibility to customize. Customer support online and on the phone has also met our needs. It also integrates well with QuickBooks. We started our business with ClearCare and have no need to try any other vendor. It is also reasonably priced compared to others be looked at..

The scheduling interface is the smoothest, most intuitive there is in the industry. We have experience with 5 other scheduling softwares, both custom and off-the-shelf, and there is no comparison to ClearCare.

ClearCare is designed for the home care industry, and they do a great job. It handles almost every aspect of our home care business: hiring, hr documentation, payroll, scheduling, telephony, prospect tracking, client care documentation, billing, and reporting. They also think carefully and seek client input about improvements. Their customer service is great as well - well-trained with good follow-through.
