Their denial and remit management/analytical features help summarize key information (Days to Bill, Days to Pay, Denial Rate by Payer/Provider/Facility/Date Range, & much more) in an easy to use dashboard which provides a high level overview of your practice. We are able to identify and resolve claim rejections with ease by utilizing their claim edits. The search features are extensive and provide various different methods for sorting through claims data; you can easily generate copies of electronic remit(s), confirmation payer claim receipt(s), payment information, payer profiles, and much much more. Waystar is also one of the most compatible clearinghouses in terms of integration with a large amount of practice management and billing systems; I love how easy it is to upload 837s into Waystar for batch claim submission. Waystar also offers topnotch customer service, if you are having trouble setting up a payer in their system for electronic filing or any other type of issue, they are alway available and willing to help you resolve the issue, even if that means updating their own software to do so.

It is very easy to correct claims that have been denied or pended as the system is very clear on what the problem was and how to fix it, even highlighting the fields that need fixing.
