I liked the involved they were they really work and collaborate as a team. I liked that they were responsive and knowledgeable. They are proactive reach outs to the media, they have a deep dive understanding of the business we are in which is complicated and the way they bring in press opportunities. These guys have learned our business, they get us top tier placements unlike anyone I've seen and have brought our share of voice up nicely year over year. It feels very turnkey from the perspective that they "get things done." We recognize the financial return on what they do for us .
