Voxer is great for sharing quick updates with your entire team or with a specific person. I have used it a lot in the online coaching industry and it's very helpful for talking through your ideas with your coach.

Voxer act's like a walkie-talkie/cellphone. You can text, send files, links, voice memos, etc., via the mobile app or the desktop version. It's perfect for high-touch communication without giving out your personal phone number or email.
