The most helpful thing about Hero is that it helps our product teams prioritize product features that our customers want. Our account teams can easily attribute a dollar value to these desired features, helping us build features that matter most to our customers. Their product is easy to customize, given that it is tied to Salesforce. Their people are fantastic to work with; they've indeed become partners in our success.

Vivun offers just about everything you need for Presales process and metrics, and the Hero app is very intuitive and easy to work with, and the SEs love it! I like how I can go into the Hero app for most of the operations needed, and it's super fast, instead of me having to use Salesforce, which tends to be slow. The biggest difference for our company was the support. Our account manager, Jeff, made all the difference each time we hit a snag. Super technical, super helpful and it's truly a breath of fresh air not having to go through multiple parties to have things fixed, because Jeff always know where to point us to! Could not praise the user-experience we've had with Vivun enough.
