Ava's ability to quickly learn and adapt messaging to the request was amazing. Connecting to gong was quick an easy and the suppot the team provided was top notch. They were always willing to listen to improvements or feature requests. Every time I would pull up an answer in Ava one of our subject matter experts would announce that the answer was better than what they were going to respond with. With Ava I instantly had a presales (or ever sales) enablement function, a subject matter expert in anything we sold, and a new SE buddy to make sure the next steps/processes had answers.

I like the simple interface the shows evey single stage in presales lifecycle. And able to update my tasks. It really helps me keeping track of all the activities done per opportunity. Plus i can attach the pptx presented to the customer and a link of the PoC video. It is really helpful
