I have been super impressed with the ease of use of the software. We have a small team and not everyone is super savvy with hiring. We are able to work together, take notes, and compare candidates really easily. I like the ability to see and share with co-workers. We can move through the hiring experience at a much faster pace. When we started using VIVAHR, we were able to get started, post a job, and get candidates all in the same day. That was over a year ago and I really remember how much that impressed me with this hiring software. I didn't have to sit behind a long, drawn out sales pitch. I found it, posted a job, and it was live moments later.
