What i liked most is the about vision helpdesk is the multi channel support it allows businesses to support their customers on multiple platforms which increases the base of customers and reduces complexity to helpdesk agents in these crucial times where being customer centric is the most important aspect of a business. Moreover Vision Helpdesk offers multi department support for a single console and seemless integration of automation process which makes mundane tasks easy
