Viima is an incredibly useful tool for collecting and prioritising innovation ideas, and for a large organisation, can really streamline the crowdsourcing process and save time. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly and with the option to customise many of the fields. The platform not only supports the collection of ideas but has the potential to enhance collaboration across the organisation and reduce duplication. The tool encourages dialogue between teams with the ability to ‘comment’ and ‘like’ and ‘rank’ other people’s ideas, and can identify duplicate entries or similar content - prompting users to connect and collaborate with each other on ideas. It is easy to create and customise boards for specific innovation challenges, with the ability to restrict access to specific users. Customer support is always fantastic, with very quick response times.

Excellent visualization and team engagement. The activity was easy to configure and administer and the interface was extremely easy for our participants to master. We were very pleased with the volume and depth of the comments and the degree to which participants revisited the pool of ideas to add more input.
