I like Viima because it allows me to collect ideas from various stakeholders and direct them towards innovation.
I can involve the entire team in the development of the service, which also gives us transparency from the first idea to the implementation of the benefits.

It is one of the best tools to create all our ideas in a dynamic and very innovative way, it is very easy to use and allows us to collect all the ideas to be able to create a single completely personalized one and carry out an analysis of the process of all our ideas. Viima is an excellent way for members of a company to share their ideas for improving the company's cultural, logistical, and/or technical performance. These ideas can then be commented on by all employees and put to a vote, receiving constant feedback and evaluation from their colleagues and going through various phases at the discretion of the administrators. Thanks to this system, ideas can be consolidated, improved, and evaluated at every project phase until final implementation, providing a central database for all innovative processes in the company's various departments. The point system, based on interactions and the development of proposed ideas, allows employees to track their ideas, while the company can promote its own "gamification" systems to encourage innovation through the use of the application. Sometimes the interface for extracting statistical data from the ideas developed in the program is not intuitive. To scale the service development, our organization needs certain amount of structure and common agile ways of working. Viima is now helping us with that. With Viima we can collect lots of insights and ideas from the whole organization; from drivers, operations, sales, customer service, etc. We do not only engage the whole organization to service development, but we now also have transparency to the whole process; from idea to benefits realization. And most importantly, with Jira integration we can easily move validated and prioritized ideas from Viima to our development backlog in Jira. Ideas that improve customer experience and support our strategic goals.
We have received lots of feedback from all over our organization and the overall user experience has been very positive. Employees feel that the platform is user-friendly, visual, and it allows us to customize most of the fields if needed. And if we have questions, we can usually find an answer from Viima Knowledge Base. If not, we send a question to Viima support and they provide us an answer quite fast. I like all features. However, some minor things could be improved - eg. Customer Experience could be taken into account in "Impact Assessment". It would also be good if on "Statistics" page the status of the ideation process could be filtered based on a certain time period. The look of the boards is modern and appealing with several possible configuration settings. An included gamification approach helps in activating more user interaction. You need an open and discussion-friendly company culture if you want to use Viima and its social media-like approach to develop the ideas on a constructive basis.
Even with many configuration settings, there could be some more that could be implemented in the future.

The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly and with the option to customise many of the fields.
The platform not only supports the collection of ideas but has the potential to enhance collaboration across the organisation and reduce duplication. The tool encourages dialogue between teams with the ability to ‘comment’ and ‘like’ and ‘rank’ other people’s ideas, and can identify duplicate entries or similar content - prompting users to connect and collaborate with each other on ideas.
It is easy to create and customise boards for specific innovation challenges, with the ability to restrict access to specific users.
