The most helpful thing in viedoc is that we can take configuration report and can instantly review the desired fields or forms or other modules accordingly. Also, from an end-user perspective, entering data is pretty simple and easy. The UI is clean. Also, designing of forms and fields is pretty easy. There will be user guide for all roles which is very useful at all stages. SDV can be implemented very easily. I have been constantly using this EDC for more than 6 months and it is such good. Finally, incase of any issues, Viedoc support team is available for all time and the response is pretty quick. Another advantage is that we can use custom reports by integration of R programming through which we can customize the reports accordingy.
