On facing issues the customer support came in handy, issuse raised were tried and resolved during the next version update. For beginers this was really easy in implementing. The UI is easy to navigate.

Viedoc takes less time to train designer becuase of it's uncomplicated functions and structure. The fields position can be moved, and grouped, unlike Rave where it is default. This makes an good User Interface.

Viedoc has lot of features that makes the user end easy to handle. As a designer, we could easily make the designs using features provided by the viedoc. One another thing I noticed is that, whenever there are any issues or if we are stuck in between, we will raise it to the viedoc support team through which we will get a solution in a span of few hours or within a day. This way we will not be stuck. Comparing to EDC, viedoc maked the implementation of study versy easy. Designer page is so user friendly in way for us to understand the product very well. I will be using viedoc in daily frequency, say it for designing, reviewing the already designed study, Edit check building part. I feel very happy to be part of this work biggest reason being viedoc. I will be able to integrate my knowledge with the protocol and study design very easily and this was I will able to imaging the form/study deisgn prior to starting the design which will have a good amount of quality.
