SUCH A DIFFERENCE! We had Videowise a couple years ago and cancelled because it was clunky and not user friendly. That is definitely no longer the case! I have found it to be extremely easy to navigate and quick to update. Our rep, Carlos is also extremely responsive and readily offers assistance and keeps us up to date on new services that may be helpful for our business.

Fantastic! Great app! The app is very easy to use, has many features, it's very practical to upload videos, bring videos from social networks, truly an incredible experience. But I really need to highlight the customer service: (special mention to consultant Carlos) Unmatched support! It offers a service that makes the client feel very well supported for any situation they might need. It was necessary to translate some things in the app because our store is in Brazil and they offered full support, modified exactly as we needed. Carlos accompanied us during the live sessions, gave suggestions, got hands-on and implemented and configured the app, without us having to worry. In short, speechless. Excellent!
