I like the simple setup. So far it has been going ok. Verizon is a well- known brand and does produce some quality content. With so many competitors out there a company must really put quality into a product and Verizon will do that.

Worst Experience, Took 3 years to cancel the service.

Verizon Connect is the worst company I have ever had to work with. We haven't been able to access the account since they purchased the previous GPS company. There is nothing positive about Verizon running this business. The service does not exist. I can't access the service, I can't cancel the service,
