The integration with my ATS greenhouse is good. The selection packages are great. The use for international is not good. I'd give 7 1/2 or eight out of 10.

Verified First cares about compliance when running background checks, which is very important due to all the federal regulations that come with running an applicant's background check. I also like the fact that everything can be handled paperlessly. Our applicants don't tend to have home printers to print off disclosure and authorization forms, so being able to fill out that information using their phone is a BIG help! If I ever do have an issue and need to call or chat with someone, they are always friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make sure their customers are happy. I have worked with other vendors at other companies, but Verified First is hands down the best vendor I've worked with!
