Incorporates new functions and features on a regular basis

|USU (formerly Aspera)
The software is very customizable, I love being able to store and document everything in one system. It allows us to streamline asset movements. It can be used for many use cases with reliability.

Leading provider of software and services for IT management

|USU (formerly Aspera)
I like it primarily because it is feature-rich, they really put effort into taking feedback into account and improving their product. I also like that although it requires a bit of effort, it can be customized to meet the needs of most organizations and their asset management requirements.

Excellent display of the linking status of using the device and the application

|USU (formerly Aspera)
I really like the Easy App Integration feature. And I love that cumbersome tasks have been automated, greatly reducing the time and effort required for manual checks. It's a great place to have a good support system and be able to respond immediately.
