CookieBot has been a great solution for managing cookie consent across Amgen's wide range of websites in US and OUS. As someone from DTI Web Team who handles adding domain groups, URLs, testing the cookies, I appreciate how user-friendly and efficient the setup is. The platform's automation, such as regular scans and automatic updates works really well.

They have a powerful mobile SDK and the configuration from the dashboard is easy. The implementation is pretty straightforward and we could successfully integrate it to our systems. The analytics part is also pretty useful as it shows how frequent the users accept the consents. We're happy with the collaboration with UserCentrics as we did not had to deal with such a complicated topic that is the TCF compliancy.

Reporting interface also provides a detailed overview of Consent banner interactions. Above all, it is compatible with GTM which makes it more desirable. It communicates with GTM and the tags change their behavior according to the user's consent both in basic and advanced consent mode. Customer support is also very quick. Whenever I need to create a new settings-ID, I get quick response and my work is done very quickly.
