We migrated all our websites ~100 from OneTrust to Usercentrics last year and the process has been really smooth. Excellent onboarding and custom follow up by a a dedicated success manager from Usercentrics. We were looking to a solution that would ease the RDPR management of all Group's websites with OneTrust it was a nightmare, documentation was lacking if only existing, support took agees and they solutions were full of bugs. It only tooks us ~2 months to 100% switch from OneTrust to Usercentircs (for a cheaper price). Here is some advantages : - User-friendly back-end - Nice design - Everything on the Cookie banner can be customized if necessary - Possibility to push and/or even sync any settings from a master account to others (which will ease maintenance tasks) - They offered us the cookiebot solution that their acquired in 2021/2022 in order to display the list of cookies crawled on our website (Usercentrics team is working on integrating the best parts of cookiebot tech within usercentrics). - Usercentrics if defenitly a better and higher-end solution compared to cookiebot / OneTrust. - The integration within our GA4 / GTM + serverGTM stack has been really smooth after the creation of a main template with all necessary variables, triggers & plugins. We only had to modify 10-15 variables for each website (a matter of minutes if not secondes) - Support based in Germany (English) After nearly 6 months of use we are really happy of this choice and we know that Usercentrics team will always be reactive and professional for any further requests. Conclusion : Usecentrics is better, way better than the Self-proclaimed top solution "OneTrust".
