We have a Shopify store, and I love how well it integrates with Upfluence. We didn’t use any software before to manage our campaigns, and it’s really helping us scale, especially with outreach. I like that we can automatically import our product catalog and ship what influencers select. We also share discount codes with them and can track sales and pay commissions based on that. We just started using their payment app too. The onboarding team was super helpful—there are a ton of options when setting up a campaign, so it was great having someone guide us through it. I’m also really happy with their chat support. They host live Q&A sessions, and even though it’s a bit personal, I love the format—jump in with my questions for 10 minutes and then I’m done.

The onboarding people are nice and onboarding went smoothly. Their in-house management is awesome. Best customer service you could ask for. The platform seems to have an endless amount of features.

The platform is great, to have everything you need regaring influencer management in one place is priceless, specially if you have a small team. Also, the 1:1 onboarding experience with Sarah was impecable! She was very helpful through all process, explained everything step by step, helped me creating campaigns, and gave me insightful tips and insights that were truly essential! :)
