After an hour or so I got a notification that there were two issues with my ID and my insurance card, which USAA does not have cards. They have paper style. For three days I repeatedly resent the ID and Insurence not just that but by the hour!!!! So I sent a help ticket to see what they could do to help this issue. Boy, what a joke that was!!
