I like how it sends me reports when my company is mentioned in the news

TV Eyes allows me to keep track of brief mentions our University gets on local television, which are things I'd otherwise not have any access to; this is critical for knowing when media picks up and uses our written outreach. It also tracks and finds clips from other parts of the country, which has led to some nice finds and mentions we'd otherwise never know about. Most importantly, it allows me to capture video when it can't be found elsewhere on the Internet. Many times, outlets do news pieces that are difficult or impossible to find on their websites, where many still are not very good and diligent at posting things in ways that are comprehensive and easy to navigate.

The ease of using the system and the information the service provides are invaluable. And that's aside from the fact that it all ends up in my inbox each day rather than having to visit each media outlet's website and hunt for the clips in the first place. In addition, their customer service is incredibly responsive and always there to assist when needed.
