I'm interested to see what is next for the team - which is first rate - but I have a hunch from afar, that the changes to leadership have implemented and I'd also look to hire people who can push the company along into new growth areas for the business - partnerships, thought leadership Postback for HasOffers would have been HUGE and product development.

There isnt much to like about this software. Support is barely there or misunderstands most requests. Software is expensive for the features. Very slow and buggy. You will get offers showing as invalid and have to refresh the page to get them to show up.
