The community is generally very friendly and willing to help ensure you have a great stay while caring for their animals. Since the services are free for both parties (besides the fee to use the site), I find that everyone is very generous and kind and not micro-managing. The team behind the site is also very involved in making sure that the site is safe and that any issues are fixed (e.g. they offer insurance to cover the cost of accommodation in the event of a cancelled sits, or in the event that anything of value is broken)
