I use Trumpet for creating sales-oriented shared workspaces, and it ensures the customer is engaged and can view what they're looking at. I like that it gives insights that an email wouldn't, allowing me to review what the customer is looking at. The initial setup was very easy, and they supported us a lot. I also appreciate that it's integrated with Salesforce.

Centralized Client Communications Made Easy
I love using Trumpet because it provides a central place for my clients, making sharing updates and documentation much easier. I appreciate being able to track activity, especially for those clients who are typically less engaged. I like having the pods as a central point for all communications with clients, which helps move away from standard email communications and offers more tracking for less engaged clients. The initial setup of Trumpet was very easy.

Trumpet: Streamlined Sales Cycles and Stellar Support
I like the flexibility of Trumpet and the fact that you can brand it so easily. It's very responsive to changes, allowing us to develop digital deal rooms that are professional. The ability to add videos, comments, and facilitate interaction between customers and Account Executives is great. It's also a plus that you can bring in external stakeholders at any stage in the sales cycle and they are presented with a wealth of information which will speed up the buying process. The wealth of possibilities, like creating organisation charts and providing analytics, is impressive, and we're just starting to explore everything it offers. Finally, I really value the support Trumpet can provide and find it to be a much more scalable tool.
