I'm a big fan of Tremendous Gift Card Services. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to create new campaigns and issue gift cards. I particularly appreciate the ability to easily onboard other teams within my organization, allowing them to manage their own gifting responsibilities independently. This decentralized approach significantly streamlines our internal processes. Furthermore, the reporting features are robust and insightful. I can easily track spending across different campaigns and gain valuable insights into our gifting programs.

Our company was evaluating a way to move from a paper employee points/rewards process and we discovered Tremendous. It meets all of our needs and is incredibly easy to get going. We opted to pre-load our normal budgeted amount into the platform and use the API to issue rewards via in internal tool we've developed that acts as a virtual wallet so to speak. Employees login to that tool and can cash out points to a gift card, among other things. That's what makes Tremendous so easy when it comes to the gift card option. The api works great and the employee experience is top notch as well. We are able to white label the product so the emails that go to employees match our brand and color scheme. If employees have issues with the gift cards, Tremendous support is there to assist, rather than the burden falling on company administration. Getting the API set up was also a breeze. There was not a single fee we had to pay to get it going and there is a staging area that provides us a test balance that we used while our internal tools was being built out. All and all, this came out to be cost nutural comapried to our old paper process, which made it a no brainer. The fact that Tremendous does not charge any fees is a huge win for us as a non-profit. We use it every single day.

Tremendous is a quick and reliable way to send gift cards to our panelists who participate in paid research studies. The set up is easy, the processing is efficient. The few times that our panelists had difficulty accessing their card, support was so helpful. Quick turnaround (within an hour) with effective resolution to whatever the problem was.
