Tremendous has been a game-changer for managing and distributing rewards for our survey participants. I use Tremendous on a daily basis. The platform is very easy to use - I upload a csv and send rewards directly to respondents via email. I have also integrated Tremendous directly to Qualtrics for automated rewards delivery for some of our surveys, which saves time. On the Tremendous platform, I appreciate the ability to track reward delivery and having the flexibility to cancel rewards or update email addresses if there is an error. The best part is that they offer the ability to redeem rewards in a number of locations across the world. I believe that they offer the best coverage. Lack of coverage was an issue with our previous provider and we would constantly hear from our participants that they weren't able to use their gift cards, which led us to seek a better solution and we found Tremendous. In addition, while we rarely run into any issues, the customer support team has been responsive and fast to assist participants. Highly recommend!

As a small business owner Tremendous has been so helpful for me in my business! I have used it in a variety of ways. One way that I use Tremendous is for conference speaker gifts. Tremendous makes it so easy to customize the email to the speakers, upload the contact list, and send it so quickly to my speakers. The speakers have loved having the variety of ways they can spend their gift card, in ways I couldn’t have even anticipated! One speaker even said she was needing to buy a new door, and was so excited to use her gift to buy that! I have even had cases where the speaker lost the email and I was easily able to resend the information so he could use his gift card. There are so many other ways to use tremendous. I have used it to thank event volunteers, give prizes to event attendees, and sometimes just as a random, unexpected happy. Tremendous makes it easy to surprise and delight! People not only love being thought about, but when that thought comes with a gift card, no matter the size, it means even more! Gift giving can be difficult and burdensome, but with Tremendous it can be super simple. And what I really love about it is that you can allow the receiver to use their gift card in so many ways, even for charitable donations! Which is so helpful! Some gift card receivers would rather give the gift away than redeem something for themselves, so that it is great that they have that option.
