The teams I have led have used Tremendous for roughly the past 3 years. The user interface and the associated drop down menus add value and are easily navigated even by new users on the team. The ability to have multiple campaign teams or allocations under one profile is a plus as this way you can more easily track project cost and campaigns and tie them back to the proper cost center or project. The analytics are clean and easy to implement and they provide insights that are instrumental in understanding your user community or what gift cards and retailers are most valued by your customers. The other huge plus is how easy Tremendous accepts workflows from CRM or marketing automation systems and research apps like Qualtrics and Salesforce. Integration is simple, clean and works flawlessly.

Tremendous is very easy to use, track and look up. We use it for incentives for donating in our research department. We can see when it has been redeemed or even when it has never been redeemed. There are multiple ways to look up the information we need.
