I greatly appreciate how TRADLINX Ocean Visibility provides a centralized view of our supply chain, which wasn't available before. This feature significantly enhances our ability to coordinate production schedules with more accurate estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and manage the performance of our logistics partners using objective data. The automated alerts for potential delays and detention & demurrage (D&D) charges are incredibly useful for our daily operations. They help us avoid unnecessary costs by alerting us to issues before they become problematic. I enjoy having a single source of truth from which my team can work, which simplifies our internal planning and communication. With TRADLINX Ocean Visibility, we no longer need to chase fragmented and outdated information from different logistics partners. Instead, our team can consistently get up-to-date status information on any container from one place, giving us more autonomy. The user interface is intuitive, and because of it, formal training was not necessary, making the onboarding process smooth and efficient. Overall, this software has made our team a more reliable and efficient source of information internally.

dashboard is the personal favorite but ETA was the must. wasnt sure about the ETA in the beginning (u can only be sure with actual use) and so far it has been the most accurate (we have decent comparison as we this is 4th product we have used)

in general, reliable. and price is better than others for waht they do. CX is best than any other saas we use (easily over 30 or so)
