I find the notification customization options in TRADLINX Ocean Visibility lacking. The platform would benefit greatly from allowing users to set different notification rules for different types of shipments. For instance, for a key account, I would like notifications for every milestone—departure, transshipment, and arrival. On the other hand, for a lower-priority stock transfer, I would prefer to only receive alerts if a delay exceeds 72 hours.
