With a very intricate set of rules and dependencies regarding Lead routing, coupled with limited configuration options in our CRM, our Traction CSM is always available and willing to provide the most valuable options and to configure Traction Complete. This is a sole reason for our success in automating Lead routing as efficiently as possible.

Avoiding account overlap and commission splits. My reps have better visibility into their largest accounts now that the account hierarchies are built and displayed right on the Salesforce layout. They now know exactly what accounts they can prospect into and how they can leverage existing relationships to build pipe and land and expand. Our sales reps didn’t have an easy way to see any of this in Salesforce previously. We had reps frustrated that they were wasting time on accounts that weren’t theirs and commission conflicts. The customer success team has been great as well. They check in regularly to make sure we’re getting value from the app and are being successful.

Gives options for lead routing that are just not possible with out of the box Saleforce tools. Great varitety of options and control that it gives you. Helpful when managing a larger team.
