I love using tracker everyday at work, makes my job easier

First, the customer service. The fact that you can type in the message help ticker at the bottom and actually get a live person, instead of AI, is EXTREMELY useful! I also love that you can click/drag a resume to their drop box and it automatically will create a candidate's profile for you, which saves tons of times. This is an ATS everyone in the recruiting space should be using.
