One of my favorite features about Tracker is the chat in which real time, real person support is available. The support team is very responsive & knowledgeable. We also appreciate our customer service rep, Morgan, for her time & dedication to supporting our needs. In regards to the tool, I appreciate that records tie into each other well to allow for across the org visibility into the work we do, along with the ability to quickly mention our team mates when special attention to a note is applicable. Tracker was an easy tool to set up & teach to our team as well.
