Building a task based roadmap is Extreamly easy ,tangible on real time

I used touchpoint in a previous job. It was used mainly for lending applications and offer generation for customers of the bank. It was useful in terms of being able to quickly navigate through the process for the application. It also allowed pop ups for customers who were "pre-approved" for a credit card or lending product based on the information we had in the system.

Its speed and compatibility and accuracy. I was amazed at the product. It was really great.
