When I first joined Torch, I really enjoyed the aspect of being asked questions about why I think I would need coaching and what would I expect from coaching, I also like the fact that you get a selection of coaches based on what type of coach you would benefit from, more assertive or more advisory. I was able to make a really informed decision on my selection of coaches and it really allowed me to understand their experiences, areas of expertise and a little bit more about their qualfications. For me Torch has been helping me with my personal and career goals. Helping to be much more assertive leader and has given me the tools to be able to reach to this level. The system is easy to use, I have an amazing relationship with my accounts team at Torch, who are amazing, supportive and really do go the extra mile.
