The feedback feature is very easy to use. I have the ability to give feedback to any employee in the organization and can choose to make it visible to them. When it comes time to populate a review, I can easily access all of the feedback captured throughout the year.

Great to be able to give feedback good and bad about an employee. I like that there are photos so I can verify who I'm talking to.

I appreciate the frequency of the updates to the software
