The level of customizability is great. We have a very robust matter tracking and financial tracking system for our Litigation department. We were able to add almost all of the fields that we had in our previous system. We did have to find work-arounds for some fields that were missing, but overall we were able to utilize it to be pretty functional and analytical with our data. The analytical data we've been able to pull has helped us greatly in reviewing our financial spend on a firm by firm basis. The ability to have the system review invoices for various criteria and flag it or take specific actions is another great feature.
