Lockbox is a great LIMS solution, especially for resource-limited labs
Lockbox is highly customizable which is necessary for us as we are running both commercial kits and LDTs. The customer support is amazing, very friendly and prompt. Lockbox is also very affordable, which is good for small labs like us that need a proper LIMS but don't have the budget or staff resources to implement and maintain the systems used in large labs and hospitals.
