We found in LockBox the good solution to keep track of our samples through a complex workflow. Some functionalities are already good out of the box but the system is highly customisable to fit specific needs. The interface is easy to use. It only requires a little time to understand the data structure and which information is stored where in the system; once that is achieved, everything is very logic.
