The system is easy to use for both users and content creators. Support is responsive and effective.

It was straightforward to set up and use. WCEA support staff were excellent at getting all the customisation done and was up and running very quickly. Simple to operate, clean user screens and instructions. Zoom integration works well. Good range of additional content to choose from. The end users like it, not overly complicated like some systems we looked at. Price was a big factor, and the salesperson was patient, happy to demonstrate everything and not pushy. A good experience overall.

Simple to add videos and question sets to the site; easy to track usage; great to work with if individual requests come through.
