The user interface for registrants is intuitive and user-friendly. Almost all registrants have no difficulty from the point of account creation to course completion. On the administrative side, the website is easy to navigate. Pulling information from existing courses or user profiles is uncomplicated and downloads process quickly. Overall, the interface is straightforward. Video quality matches that of the original upload on both administrative and customer-facing sides. It is convenient to have all of our distance learning programmings in one easy-to-use website. The system itself meets the bulk of state board requirements for continuing education in the allied health field. I appreciate that the website requires registrants to create a secure account, that they are not able to fast-forward through material, and that we are able to select exam factors such as the passing grade and the total number of questions. WCEA seems to only be compatible with a limited number of platforms. We find that registrants who attempt to create an account or move through a course on a mobile device encounter much difficulty. We often advise registrants to use only a laptop or desktop computer and to access WCEA through the Google Chrome browser. Any other combination seems to cause issues with account access, trouble viewing video, and inability to complete exams. While the administrative platform is very intuitive, it is a bit siloed and expansive. To upload just one course, it takes a large amount of time to go through each section of course information to confirm description and objectives, instructor information, course notes, cost, etc. Currently, these requirements are listed as dop down items within the author page, and while it wouldn't be a large change, I think it might be helpful to have all of these requirements on one, easy-to-access page. This LMS is user-friendly not only from the administrative side but from the user side as well. I have been working with WCEA for over 8 years and am so pleased the product, customer user and user experience is only getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I want to be able to organize the user side in terms of which courses are listed first or the possibility of grouping. Currently, they are listed based on their rating or when they are updated.
