No nonsense approach to sales training

Richard did his research and made sure our training was 100% tailored to our organization. There were very few things in his training that weren't absolutely relevant to our crew. His prep efforts were amazing. He listened to many calls, he interviewed our reps. Truly practiced what he preached in his own sales cycle.
